Democracy and Egypt

During the Egyptians time many facts and effects happened. Some were good and some were bad. Kids were well educated but they wasn't able to have jobs in this time period people didn't care about children all they cared about was the money and how they was going to get it. The most important thing was economics and political, people also didn't have no future ahead of them they would get treated really poorly and with violence. Woman also didn't have the right for anything they couldn't vote or work. The women felt like they was being betrayed so they felt like it was time to form a union. They felt betrayed in a way that all men and husband would go behind there back and decide what was right to do. Women had no rights because they were not united. It was really hard for woman to support and take care of there kids. One effect during the Egyptians times was the people, they were getting killed by the police and the government because they were speaking against the government. If they were to leave Egypt they wasn't able to go back in.

Wendell Steavenson has a couple of blogs. They are really interesting blogs. One example of his blog is "Dancing in the Square" and he talks about how when a news arrive of Mubarak that he had resigned. A sound like a rising, whistling cheer went up from Tahrir Square. Minutes later, people were standing on top of streetlights and dancing on balconies. There was a rainstorm during lunch time and rain to them is considered divine good luck in desert countries. It was accompanied by a thunderclap and finished with a rainbow. Fervent prayers went up from the square. President Hosni Mubarak who was in power for three decades. There was a protest against poverty of the unemployed. Thousands of Egyptians demand an end to Hosni Mubarak's rule and clash with police in a "Day of Wrath" inspired by Ben Ali's downfall.

Every time people would talk about the government in a bad way they would get killed. In Egypt it was all about the money not the people and children had no future in Egypt because they had no future they were well educated but didn't have any jobs or future. Police would also fight with thousand of Egyptians because they would work with the government and the government would send their police to fight for his battle also who defy a government ban to protest against Mubarak's rule. About 24 people were killed and more then 1,000 hurt in clashes throughout Egypt. The army had said that it will not use force against Egyptians staging protests. They also said that freedom of expression is guaranteed to all citizens using peaceful means.

The reason why i used this cartoon was because i feel that it explains freedom in Egypt, and the way they had slavery going on in Egypt was nothing good especially for woman they couldn't even rise there kids or feed them because they had no right of nothing. Woman had no right to vote man would do all the voting for everyone. There was no democracy, people couldn't vote there president. The greatest threat to the Egyptian Museum, was that millions of tourists a year, appears to come from the fire engulfing. The ruling party headquarters next door the night before, set ablaze by anti-government protesters. Egyptian soldiers secure Cairo's famed antiquities museum, protecting thousands of priceless artifacts, including the gold mask of King Tutankhamun. Who was an Egyptian pharaoh of the 18th dynasty during the Egyptian period history he was known as the new kingdom. His original name was, Tutankhaten witch meant "Living Image of Aten."
